Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office

The RPSO Criminal Records Section, located at 2005 Vandevelde Avenue, houses all criminal and traffic reports that are prepared by the Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office. Criminal Records is a part of the Criminal Investigation Division. Copies of Initial Criminal Reports as well as Traffic Reports are available by request. Requests can be submitted in writing or in person. We provide local criminal background checks for job applicants and employers. We also fingerprint Tuesday through Thursday from 8:30 to 3:30.
