Phase 1 of the Roundabout Project at the intersection of England and Vandenburg is complete. The intersection was opened to traffic on Jan. 20, 2011. The project was constructed by KDC construction and designed by Meyer, Meyer, Lacroix and Hixson. The project will improve traffic flow, slow speeds, increase safety and reduce green house gasses. Phase 2 of the project, landscaping the roundabout, is under contract. Estimated completion May of 2011.
